- Damage-free yard - drivers cannot move/load vehicles with any damage, they'll be responsible if noted at delivery
- Photos cannot be taken in the yards - this is a big deal
- Dispatch/Derick should be notified of damage along with damage code(s) so he can fill out the Transportation Damage Report and send out appropriately
- Drivers will need to request a replacement
