🕒 Gate Access
Open 24/7
🚫 STOP at the stop sign by the tracks.
Failure to stop will result in a yard ban.
🔐 Gate Entry Instructions
  • SCAN your driver's license at the kiosk — do NOT insert it.
    (Inserted licenses may not be returned promptly.)
  • LDS is NOT used at this location.
  • Hi-Vis gear is required at all times.
🛏️ No Sleeping Policy
Sleeping in or outside the yard is strictly prohibited.
If you:
  • Miss your load appointment, or
  • Can’t exit the BN yard on time:
    ➡️ Leave the property and return the next day.
    Gate times are monitored. Violations will result in a ban.
🧭 Arrival Instructions
After entering the yard:
  1. Drive forward
  2. Go around the pond
  3. Park in the loading lanes
    ❌ Do NOT stage units elsewhere
    ❌ Do NOT drive through the bays
    ❌ No shuttling other drivers
🚗 Mazda Units – Key & Blade Policy
When delivering Mazda units:
✅ Remove BOTH the key and key blade
❌ Dealerships cannot access the unit without both
✔️ Double-check before leaving the vehicle
🛠️ Vehicle Damage Policy
Before moving any unit:
✅ Inspect thoroughly — including the undercarriage
❌ Do NOT touch, wipe, or rub suspected damage
If damage is found:
  • Do NOT move the unit
  • Notify yard staff immediately
    ⚠️ Touching damage = You are liable
📋 Damage Reporting Guidelines
Hyundai & Kia
  • Severity 1–2: Driver may write up
  • Severity 3+: Place on HOLD
Mazda
  • Ship-on Scuffs/Scratches (Severity 3+):
    ➡️ Must be signed off by Yard Manager
  • All other damage: Place on HOLD
Subaru & Mitsubishi
  • Severity 3+ damage: Must be signed off by Yard Manager
  • If Yard Manager is unavailable: Place on HOLD
    (Please contact me directly to discuss the damage.)
🚦 Yard Safety Rules
  • Flashers ON when moving units
  • Honk when:
    • Backing up
    • Approaching road ends or intersections
  • Speed Limit: 15 MPH (strictly enforced)
    ❌ No driving through bays
    ❌ No shuttling drivers
    ❌ No staging units
    ⚠️ Once a unit is pulled from a bay, you are 100% responsible for any damage
🅿️ Expansion Lot Guidelines
  • Some units may be located in the Expansion Lot
    ❌ Semis are NOT allowed in the small lot near this area
