Please note the following for section 2.4.2 Acceptance Inspection before Loading:
If a driver is loading a vehicle with a full body cover, please ensure that the cover is secured on the vehicle before shipment. If a driver notices any abnormalities with the cover upon loading, please bring it to the attention of the load supervisor and the VPC personnel before shipment. Shipping with a compromised cover may lead to cover failure while in transit. Please also ensure that the zippers are fully closed after the vehicle is secured on the truck before your drivers exit the yard.
