Effective immediately, these requirements will be strictly enforced. Drivers who fail to comply may be asked to leave the yard or may have their load cancelled.
Yard Rules
- One driver per load lane (only one person may load at a time)
- Safet vest must be worn at all times (no sash)
- Closed-toe shoes are required
- Mobile app must be set up prior to camera vision check-in at entrance
Safety
- Maximum Speed Limit is 10 MPH
- Obey all other traffic signage/laws within Tesla Property
- Hi-visibility vestt always required in the yard
- Closed-toed shoes required. No sandals or flip-flops allowed
- No cell phones or other device usage while operating vehicles in the yard
- Be aware of surroundings while walking the yard
- No unauthorized persons allowed in the yard
- All pets must remain in the truck
Quality
- No exposed metal on your person while in or around Tesla vehicles
- No food or drink allowed in Tesla vehicles
- All doors cloed and all windows rolled up at all times while car is idle
- Do not leave seat belts buckled
- Do not sit on buckled seat belts
- All four wheels must be strapped down while being transported. No chains!
Driving
- Only authorized drivers and teams allowed to drive in the yard
- Load only your own truck, no training allowed in the yard
- Do not move/remove cars from designated lanes or bays
- Do not use finished product to shuttle around facility. Only designated transport vehicles, no finshed product
