- 24/7 loading hours.
- Allowable loading height 13’6”. There is a 13’8” bridge on I-55 after crossing into TN
- Sleeping is not permitted on the yard without the guard shack’s approval.
- Hi visibility clothing is required, especially when loading after dark.
- Thorough inspection required on all vehicles. ***VEHICELS OFTEN HAVE DAMAGE FROM RAIL – AVOID GETTING PINNED WITH A DAMAGE CLAIM THAT ISN’T YOUR FAULT BY DOING A THOROUGH INSPECTION*** Vehicles found with Severity-3 or less can be coded and shipped. Vehicles found with greater than Severity-3 damage must be signed off on by Jarvis Anderson at the pick-up location. Do not move any vehicle requiring sign off out of its bay location!
- This is an “E-Outgate” facility. You must in-route your load on V-TAS 10-15 minutes prior to leaving the gate so that the gate can be notified electronically of your load leaving the gate.
