- No sleeping on the yard – NO EXCEPTIONS. Plan accordingly. If you are going to run out of hours before you load and leave, you will have to wait to get hours enough to load and leave the property. THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT.
- Obey all traffic signals and come to complete stops at all railroad crossings.
- Obey all posted speed limits. 15 mph maximum speed permitted on property.
- No truck parking within 10 feet of any railroad track.
- Parking permitted in truck loading zones only.
- Upon completion of loading/unloading, you must obtain an exit pass from the guard.
- You must present your yard exit/barcode sheet, bay tags from the vehicles, and your exit pass in order to leave the facility.
- Double check VINs on your load sheet to the door, window, and bay tags.
- Any damage found during regular business hours (before 4:30pm) must be signed off on by MidTex personnel.
- All Damages must be inspected in bay by yard management, if you find damage and no one is available to sign the unit cannot be shipped!
