Entry into Nitro Creek

Before anyone (carrier driver, carrier on site employee, vendor, FCA employee, City of Toledo Employees, etc.) is allowed entry into the facility, they will be required to fill out the COVID-19 FCA Visitor questionnaire given to them by our security guards. There are two exceptions to this policy:

  1. Leadec Employees will be allowed to proceed to the employee parking area in the back of the yard for screening by a Leadec Operations Supervisor or Team Lead.

  2. Carriers that have been approved to Self-Certify by FCA must provide proof of the approval to Leadec as well as subsequent renewals. This will exempt the driver from filing out the COVID – 19 questionnaire only. Security will be provided a list by Leadec.

After success completion of the COVID – 19 questionnaire with all questions being answered “No”, entry will be granted if individual has a Class 1 face mask (surgical)on properly (covering both nose and mouth). HOMEMADE masks are not allowed. Nitro Creek will not furnish a mask to any visitor as this is the responsible of the carriers, vendors, etc.

A “Yes” answer to any question on the COVID – 19 questionnaire or no surgical mask, access will be denied.

Once entry is granted to Nitro Creek, social distancing (6 feet or more) and cough, sneeze and hygiene etiquette must be maintained.

While at Nitro Creek

Courtesy Shuttle

To maintain social distancing, the shuttle van will have a maximum of 2 drivers in the van at any one time. One driver will have to sit in the back of the van, the second driver will need to sit in the middle. No driver will be allowed to sit in the front passenger seat. Drivers must always where a surgical mask in the yard.

This will create delays in the shuttles. Your drivers are free to walk and get their vehicles from the yard, however, they must have a surgical mask on as well as a Safety vest as the outermost garment.

The shuttle van will be sanitized several times through out the day by Leadec Personnel.
