Damages over 3" will need to be verified in bay by ramp personnel prior to haul-away loading vehicle in question. Ramp personnel have 24 hours from written request for damage verification. All personnel will be required to wear high-visibility reflective vest while on property.
To gain entry into the facility, personnel will need to complete the following:
Stop at the entry kiosk and scan their driver's license. If this is their first time at this facility, they will be required to register with Remprex at the entry Kiosk. Press the "request assistance" prompt and a representative will appear on the screen to assist. Next, a prompt will appear on the screen to agree to the terms and conditions. Press "I agree" prompt and the gate will open. The driver will proceed forward enough to clear the gate and stop when the back of their vehicle is at the red line, allowing the gate to close behind them. This will ensure that no unauthorized person can enter or exit. If personnel are visitors or vendors, they will need to check in with ramp personnel in the "BNSF Auto Facility" building. To exit the facility, personnel will stop at the outbound kiosk and scan their driver's license. At this time, they will be asked to scan bay tags or enter a load number or read all of the VINs to the representative (if personnel are a vendor or visitor, they will need to press the request assistance prompt and inform the agent the business reason for being at facility and that they are not taking any vehicles). At this point the gate will open, and as with entry, personnel will drive forward clearing the gate and stopping when the back of their vehicle is at the red line, allowing the gate to close behind them. This will ensure that no unauthorized person can enter or exit.
